Yarde Halt railway station

Yarde Halt railway station was an intermediate halt on the initially privately run〔Became part of Southern Region of British Railways in 1948 Branch Lines to Torrington Mitchell,V/Smith,K: Midhurst, Middleton Press,1994 ISBN 1-873793-37-5〕 North Devon and Cornwall Junction Light Railway, constructed in 1925 to serve clay works along its route.
